We never take a break till we break. How true! We are accused of never really listening to people. Our conversations alternate between us talking and then thinking of what next to say when the other man talks. Unfortunately (or fortunately), we can't do that to our bodies. It suffers all the polluted air and valiantly filters it before sending it down to the lungs. Our vertebral columns suffer our terrible postural eccentricities right from the defeatist's slouch to the computer 'question mark pose'
